I led the design of a key feature for the Visualist app that enabled users to edit colour palettes generated from images. This feature was designed to cater to creative professionals such as designers, artists, and content creators who needed precise control over colour palettes for their projects. The feature included options for editing individual colours, selecting the activity (e.g., saving, sharing, or applying the palette), viewing the source of the palette creation, rearranging the colour order, and copying the palette to the clipboard.

By focusing on the specific requirements of users who work with visual content, I was able to design a feature that not only met their needs but also provided a competitive advantage for the platform.

As the Product Designer I was responsible with enabling the user to create, save and share colour palettes they frequently used in their projects on the app.

Users frequently generated colour palettes from images within the Visualist app, but they lacked the ability to fine-tune these palettes to better suit their specific needs. The existing feature set offered basic colour extraction but did not provide users with the flexibility to edit, rearrange, or manipulate the colours according to their creative vision. This limitation reduced the utility of the app for professionals who required more advanced functionality to meet their design requirements.

It's an all-in-one platform that allows users to do it all from a single space, whether that is managing a client, design, or admin workflows. Using smart AI assistant it acts as a copilot, helping to shortcut workflows. It's built for creative pros and their clients.
